Hi, I’m Kristin.

I’m a follower of Jesus, wife, mom of 2, and a coach for mamas like you. 

After my first was born, I struggled with postpartum anxiety and depression for 8 months before I went through a coaching program that gave me the skills I needed to help me start feeling like myself again.  Now, I lead other moms with infants and young kiddos who are experiencing the aftereffects of postpartum and/or feel like they’re drowning through the same 6 week program that helped me be where I am today.  I also provide one-on-one coaching for mamas who want to get serious about living intentionally and thriving in this season.

What is coaching?

I help moms gain more time and peace by eliminating mental clutter, more confidence by giving them the tools to overcome doubt, and more impact in their work by opening their eyes to what is truly important. I believe everyone faces self-limiting beliefs that are often strongest when there is a desire or need for transformation.

My proven 1:1 coaching program utilizes powerful insights, frameworks, tools, and techniques for accomplishing your goals and transforming beliefs about yourself.

I turn this daunting endeavor into a gratifying process. You’ll apply new strategies and tactics to help you stay on track and overcome actions and beliefs that sabotage desires, plans, and dreams.

Who is a typical client?

The PQ Program is right for you if…

  • You are a mama with little ones at home

  • You are struggling with postpartum depression, anxiety, or negative emotions on a regular basis.

  • You want to change and are willing to do the work to get there (with lots of support, of course!)

  • You are ready to commit 2.75 hours a week for 6 weeks (split into a 30 min weekly meeting, 1 hr video you can watch in chunks on your own time over the weekend, and 15 min/day, broken into 2 min chunks)

About me

I have always been motivated by helping people. When I was little, I wanted to be a doctor so I could help save lives.

Then, when I was 16 years old, I read Onward by Howard Schultz, and Start Something That Matters by Blake Mycoskie, and my eyes were opened to how businesses can better whole communities. I shifted my trajectory from medicine to business, because I realized as a doctor, I would be limited to helping people 1:1, but if I worked in business, that ratio could become a million to one.

I am now a certified coach, and although I may not be saving lives, I now have the ability to walk with leaders as they transform their lives from cluttered and stagnant to purposeful and fulfilled.
